Ranch Chicken Enchiladas

It's Sunday, the last day of spring break, I just attempted to put my child down for a nap for a third time and he's in there wailing like a banshee, I stink, so I will make this short and sweet and then go put some cookies in the oven...

These enchiladas are amazing and you need to make them.
